Password Requirements

Though the PTS team does not require regular credential maintenance; however, it is important to remember that there are specific requirements for each UserID and Password.  Listed below are the requirements for each respective section.  For additional information please refer to PTS Credential Management FAQs.

UserID Requirements

·        6-20 Characters 

·        Must begin with Letter

·        Numbers, Letters and ' _ ' (underscore) Character

Password Requirements

·        8-25 Characters 

·        Must contain a Capital Letter 

·        Must contain EITHER a Number OR a Special Character 

·        Cannot contain “PTS12345” 

·        Cannot contain the word "Parker" 

·        Cannot be the same as the UserID
