Cannot Print Labels
It is not uncommon for the PTS team to learn that a specific location is unable to print labels. One easy troubleshooting fix is to reference whether or not the Loftware service is started.
Navigate to the 'Start Menu.'
Select 'Control panel.'
Go to:
- Administrative tools
- Services
- Loftware Web Listener
- selectStart
- click Apply
- select OK
It is a PTS recommend best practice to select 'Automatic' as the Startup type in Loftware
