Using the navigation toolbar select 'Product Information' then ‘Templates’ to access.
The Pro template is a function of PTS Pro, a subscription based function of PTS; please contact your PTS representative to learn more about the powerful features of PTS Pro.

1. Essential Pre-Print Template
From the opened excel spreadsheet edit the fields (listed below) requiring update and save the file to a known location on your PC. Additional fields available with PTS Pro Template

3. Pre-Print Template (General Products)
Using the drop down menu select the product from within the opened excel spreadsheet and edit the fields (listed below) requiring update. Save the file to a known location on your PC.

Import Updates
Navigate to the 'Import' screen from the PTS toolbar. Select the 'Pre-Print Template' radio dial, click 'Choose File' to locate the saved excel template then select 'Upload.'
When a successful upload has completed a green message will appear confirming the changes.
