 Notice: Users making changes (adding/removing software) to the PC will require Administrative Privileges

       IF THIS IS A NEW INSTALL, BEGIN AT STEP 3.

1: Stop Loftware Services

Navigate to the 'Start Menu.'
 

Select 'Control panel'
 

Go to:

1. Administrative tools

2. Services

3. selectLoftware Web Listener

4. selectStop

2: Uninstall existing version of Loftware Web Listener

 Notice: If you have version 12.0.2 of Loftware Web Listener installed, do NOT uninstall. Continue to step 3.

Navigate to the 'Start Menu.'
 

Select 'Control panel'

Go to:

1. Programs & Features

2. selectLoftware Web Listener

3. selectUninstall

3: Install version 12.0.2 of Loftware Web Listener here.

 Notice: This version supports Windows 7, 8, and 10.

4: Loftware Configuration

4.1

Navigate to the 'Start Menu.'

Select  Loftware Clients then Web Listener-Configuration.

4.2

From the General Configuration screen, add one of the URLs below.  

1. http://labels1205.parker.com, Port: 80 

2. https://labels1205.parker.com, Port: 443

User Name: Enter the Loftware Username provided by the PTS team

Select Password: Enter the Loftware password provided by the PTS team in both the Password and Confirm fields.

 ^{it is a recommended best practice to copy and paste the password from the original email to limit the risk of a typo} 

Select OK

Double click in the space below the Port column heading.

4.6

From the Device Configuration for Loftware Zebra R110Xi pop up screen, either select the device from the the Local Port dropdown list that you will print labels to OR enter the IP address of the printer that you will print labels to.

Select Apply

Select OK

5: Start Loftware Web Listener

Navigate to the 'Start Menu.' 

Select 'Control panel.' 

Go to:

1. Administrative tools

2. Services

3. Loftware Web Listener

4. selectStart

5. click Apply

6. select OK
